Our Campus Solana BETH KiLa, an area of 4000 square meters, is located at Solana Business District and has 9 classrooms. It features sandpits, multifunctional rooms, piano rooms, a baking classroom and a library. The 188-square-meter library stored with thousands of classic picture books was designed to provide children a pleasant, bright reading world, then create them a free and comforting space for thinking and exploring. At BETH KiLa, we focus on developing children’s cognition skills and cultivating their abilities to discover and solve problems that will broaden their horizons and they will start to comprehend the world. Our curriculum activities consist of manifest curriculum, hidden curriculum and mini-curriculum. Manifest Curriculum Manifest Curriculum refers to the professional programme explicitly for being directly used in educational activities and providing children with professional guidance in terms of languages, cognition, sport and art. Hidden Curriculum Hidden Curriculum makes fullest use of mechanical memory and unconscious memory. In Hidden Curriculum constantly seeing and hearing is the channel that leads to exerting a subtle influence on individual character.The essence of this curriculum is that some lessons are learned but not openly intended such as the transmission of norms, values, attitudes, habits and beliefs conveyed in the classroom. The non-systematic and characterized influence contribute to the individual dynamic system. Mini-Curriculum Mini-Curriculum refers to short activities that last approximately 1 to 3 minutes. The longest activity is not more than 5 minutes. Our Teaching Staff Each class of BETH KiLa Kindergarten is equipped with one leading foreign teacher, one leading Chinese teacher, one Chinese Assistant and one caregiving teacher. Foreign Teachers Our foreign teachers at BETH KiLa strive to make each individual child absorbed in positive language environment and enlighten them to thrive in the multicultural context.They are passionate about preschool education and have many years working experience. Chinese Teachers All of our Chinese teachers are in the possession of Teacher Qualification Certificates and certificates of Mandarin.
